    From skeptic to superfan

    I was really surprised by the warm staff and divine food. The birthday cake and room decorations were thoughtful gestures.

    Sadly, I encountered delays at check-in, frustrating and could be improved.

    It's perfect for us.

    Loved the double room, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The bathroom was amazing, included a bidet, shower caps, and bath sheets. The staff were attentive and hospitable and the location was magnificent to all good restaurants.

    The serene atmosphere is magical. I loved waking up in my Beautiful Guest Room 1 King Bathtub with fine views of lush greenery. From delicious meals to personalized service that felt mad really like being among friends.

    Overall clean accommodation, great staff. Luxurious rooms with climate control, a personal safe and multi-channel television, etc. Wonderful breakfast, variety of meals. Perfect services, the free parking was available on site. Location near to bars as well as a transport.

    Honestly, the breakfast spread had me drooling! Freshly baked goodies and a plethora of local flavors were nothing short of amazing. To top it off, the staff was cute and friendly. And even during a surprise birthday bash, they went all out with decorations-a true touch of love!

    On the flip side, the room service menu felt a bit limited after a few days-switch it up a bit, would ya? The loud club music sometimes clashed with the serene vibes we were chasing.

    The Westin Goa is fine! The room was cozy with a comfy bed and a nice corner perfect for curling up with a book. The staff were friendly. We enjoyed the relaxing spa. It was a highlight of our stay.

    Wish the food prices were a bit more affordable.

    Just a solid selection for a holiday in Anjuna with high value for money. The staff were always attentive and ready to assist. A tip for future visitors would be to check for quieter pool times if you want to relax.

    The service from the staff was really good. Ms. Raksha, the duty manager, provided a warm welcome and personalized assistance. The food options were delicious, especially the buffet breakfast. I enjoyed the Keralan prawns at the a la carte restaurant. The room was spacious and elegantly decorated. I appreciated the cleanliness and the high standards of hygiene throughout the hotel. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were great. I found the music at the pool area a bit too loud at times, hard to relax. The limited sunbed availability can be inconvenient if you're not an early bird. Everything else made for a lovely getaway.
